Senior E-commerce Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior E-commerce Manager to join our team at Ambitions Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth, improving user experience, and perfecting website performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to boost online sales and improve customer engagement
  • Conduct daily health checks of the website and user experience to minimize bounce rates and optimize conversion rates
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the customer journey
  • Collaborate with the paid team to drive business through performance media and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Lead an e-commerce team to success and ensure seamless communication with cross-functional teams
  • Produce regular reports and develop proactive plans to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in a hands-on e-commerce role with a proven track record of driving online sales growth
  • Extremely analytical with expertise in Google Analytics 4 and ability to design and implement successful e-commerce websites
  • Skilled in UX, web analysis, web design, and customer flow with a focus on creating seamless customer experiences
  • Experience in collaborating with CRO agencies and driving business growth through data-driven decision making
