Position: Team Leader in Care Services
Location: Penberthy House Residential Care Home
Compensation: £14 per hour with additional pay rate enhancements for specific shifts
Available Hours: 27 hours per week

As a Team Leader in Care Services, you will oversee the daily needs of our residents, demonstrating compassion and commitment to positively impacting their lives. You will collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals dedicated to ensuring our residents feel at home. Additionally, you will mentor Care Assistants in their professional development.
