We are seeking a versatile Security Officer to support the OCS Group team at the Drake Circus Estate. In this dynamic role, you will contribute to maintaining the safety and security of our customers, retailers, and staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols, completing scheduled cleaning tasks, and responding to incidents on the estate. A Door Supervisor SIA License is required, and you must be willing to clean and participate in various tasks. The working hours will vary, and you may be required to work early mornings, during the day, or overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Patrol the site to ensure safety, security, and cleanliness
* Advise retailers on management regulations as needed
* Assist in diffusing incidents and situations that arise within the centre
* Perform daily general cleaning of the site
* Complete statutory Fire, Health, and Safety training and adhere to all related rules
* Act as a card holder in the event of an evacuation
* Provide First Aid to the public
About You:
* Previous cleaning experience is preferred
* Possession of a Door Supervisor SIA license is mandatory
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical fitness to perform the duties described
* Excellent attention to detail is required
* Must have a DS SIA license and be willing to clean
