Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Sunday, shift working
Salary: Competitive + shift allowance + Golden Hello (T&Cs apply)
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner - Scrub to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our operating theatre team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our surgeons and anaesthetists during procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate fully as a team member, including working in all areas of the theatre suite
- Share knowledge and information with colleagues to promote a cohesive team and achieve team objectives
- Support colleagues in delivering exceptional patient care
Requirements:
- Current HCPC/NMC Registration
- Postgraduate experience in Theatres
- 12 months Surgical (scrub) experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others
