Position Overview

Axii Consulting is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Engineering Instructor to join our team. This role involves teaching mechanical engineering subjects to apprentices at levels 2 and 3.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering Educational Content: Planning, preparing, and conducting lessons on various mechanical engineering topics.
  • Student Assessment: Continuously observing and providing feedback to assess students' understanding.
  • Curriculum Development: Enhancing and updating course materials in line with educational standards.
  • Learning Environment: Creating a safe and engaging atmosphere for students.
  • Quality Improvement: Participating in initiatives aimed at enhancing educational quality and curriculum.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Prior teaching experience in a similar educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining high teaching standards.
  • DBS clearance.
