Job Title: SEO Director

About Us:

Climb Online, part of xDNA Group, is a full-service agency with a global presence. We're seeking an experienced SEO Director to lead our SEO team and drive our digital expansion plans.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our SEO strategy, managing our SEO team, and ensuring we deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

  • Develop and implement our SEO strategy, including strategy, technical, content, authority, and digital PR.
  • Manage our SEO team, including team management, development, and recruitment.
  • Establish our SEO offering as an industry leader through high-quality delivery and achieve industry recognition.
  • Work with our sales team to develop SEO-specific pitches and projects for clients.
  • Grow our SEO team revenue through existing services and identify new market opportunities.
  • Ensure the profitability of our SEO department and manage budgets.
  • Collaborate with our wider heads and client planning teams to offer a cross-channel product to clients.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in an SEO role, preferably agency-side.
  • Deep understanding of SEO strategy, technical, content, authority, and digital PR.
  • Extensive knowledge of profitability and cost optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools, including SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
  • Ability to explain the relationship between effort and results to clients.
  • Strong experience of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Understanding of the interplay between SEO, PPC, and Social.
  • A proven track record of delivering results.
  • Good level of Google Analytics knowledge.
