Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, present, and execute the growth strategy for Amazon Freight Partner (AFP).
2. Construct profitability models and scenarios that extend beyond basic capacity growth.
3. Establish flexible demand allocation principles and ensure operational accountability for plan execution.
4. Create a tractor utilization management framework and identify enhancement opportunities.
5. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to formulate forward-looking strategies for presentation to senior operations stakeholders.
6. Design visualization tools and dashboards to analyze data and generate reports that drive action around KPIs.
7. Enhance internal dashboards to provide colleagues with improved visibility of task-related metrics.
A Day in the Life

About the Team
The Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team is essential to our operational success. As part of ATS, you will join a diverse group that plays a pivotal role in our logistics efficiency. By utilizing air, sea, and road transport, along with state-of-the-art sortation centers, you will contribute to optimizing Amazon's transportation operations. Our team harnesses data to inform decisions, driving innovation and efficiency. We prioritize safety, recognizing that our people are our greatest asset, and we leverage their expertise to ensure timely, convenient, and sustainable package delivery.
Basic Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in an analytical role, driving business strategy and growth through operational knowledge and analytical skills.
- Relevant experience in analyzing large datasets, ensuring data quality, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Experience in creating dashboards using tools such as Excel, SQL, Quicksight, and other visualization platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced or master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience collaborating with Operational, Supply Chain, or Logistics teams.
