Job Title: Fostering & Adoption Supervising Social Worker

Are you a skilled social worker looking to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our Fostering and Adoption team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of social workers in their work with foster families and children in care.
  • Conduct regular visits to foster families and children in care to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Develop and implement plans to support the placement of children in foster care.
  • Work closely with other agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.

Requirements:

  • Qualified social worker with experience in fostering and adoption.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
