Job Title: Real Estate Solicitor - Energy Law Expert

Job Summary:

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Solicitor with expertise in energy law to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Real Estate Solicitor - Energy Law Expert, you will play a crucial role in handling real estate matters related to energy projects, including property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support for renewable energy projects such as wind and solar energy
  • Draft and review contracts and agreements related to energy projects
  • Collaborate with other teams within the firm to support multidisciplinary projects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' PQE in real estate law, with some experience in energy law
  • Strong technical and commercial skills, with the ability to manage workload with minimal supervision
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in renewable energy and a desire to develop expertise in this sector
