  • Support the Marketing team to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives.

Person Specification

We are looking for a creative, committed, organized, and forward-thinking marketing officer who has a particular skill set in building unique, engaging, and informative content across a range of channels and for a variety of audiences.

Essential Experience:

  • Researching, planning, creating, delivering, and monitoring content.
  • Crafting engaging content and copy for a variety of audiences through different channels.
  • Creating content for a variety of platforms, including social media, website, email, news/blog, and printed publications.
  • Using marketing insight, data analytics, and ongoing monitoring/feedback to deliver customer-centric content campaigns.
  • Reviewing SEO and writing website and other content to capitalize and maximize on SEO opportunities.
  • Developing and delivering content to support the customer experience.

Desirable Experience:

  • Building and nurturing partnerships to build content.
  • Reporting on campaigns and partnerships.
  • Working with a team to deliver on content goals.
  • Working with a Public Relations team (supplier or in-house).
