Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at a Secondary School in Hackney. The successful candidate will provide support to teachers and pupils, leading 1:1 and small group sessions dedicated to assisting children with SEN/SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to teachers and pupils in the classroom and beyond
  • Lead 1:1 and small group sessions to assist children with SEN/SEMH needs
  • Uphold the school's core values and promote a positive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Graduate with strong academics, including a 1:1 degree or 2:1
  • Experience working with young people in a school-based environment
  • Good understanding and experience of SEN/SEMH needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
  • Competitive daily rate of £105-£110
  • Full-time, long-term role
  • Term-time only
  • Based in Hackney
