We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at a Secondary School in Hackney. The successful candidate will provide support to teachers and pupils, leading 1:1 and small group sessions dedicated to assisting children with SEN/SEMH needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to teachers and pupils in the classroom and beyond
- Lead 1:1 and small group sessions to assist children with SEN/SEMH needs
- Uphold the school's core values and promote a positive learning environment
- Graduate with strong academics, including a 1:1 degree or 2:1
- Experience working with young people in a school-based environment
- Good understanding and experience of SEN/SEMH needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive daily rate of £105-£110
- Full-time, long-term role
- Term-time only
- Based in Hackney
