Role Overview

As a Program Coordinator, you will oversee the execution of projects within your designated area, ensuring that all tasks are completed within the established timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include procurement, governance, and the management of project activities, as well as maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and key contacts within the property sector.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and deliver project initiatives across the region.
  • Adhere to and enhance health and safety and quality protocols.
  • Lead in identifying project opportunities and fulfilling contractual obligations on secured initiatives.
  • Maximize turnover and profitability by leveraging strategic project development opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion, meeting the satisfaction of all involved parties.
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage all associated risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial, etc.) for each project.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Promote healthy and safe working conditions, effectively implementing health and safety policies across all activities.
  • Build strong partnerships with subcontractors and preferred suppliers to deliver cost-effective solutions that meet quality expectations while managing risks.
  • Collaborate with other operational managers to ensure cohesive project development.
  • Develop financial plans for projects to ensure revenue and profit targets are met.
  • Manage project delivery within budgetary constraints, aiming to enhance profitability through cost efficiencies.
  • Implement control systems to ensure adherence to statutory, policy, and contractual commitments.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of project management and delivery within the construction sector, supported by significant experience and training.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, IT, security, and plumbing systems.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
