Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to collaborate with the Operations Manager in guiding and directly supervising a support team in Fareham. Your mission will be to provide exceptional support that not only meets but surpasses the expectations of those we serve.
As a role model, you will inspire your team to deliver personalized support, ensuring that our clients' needs are prioritized. You will foster an environment where your team feels appreciated and equipped with the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.

Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a management role
- Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow Support Managers and Operations Managers
- Proficient in IT
- Capable of managing staff efficiently, addressing personnel issues in accordance with policies and procedures
- Experience in delivering high-quality, tailored support within the Health and Social Care sector, along with the ability to motivate a team to provide excellent services
- Possession of a level 5 diploma in adult care or willingness to undertake provided training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
- Understanding of the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018 and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), with a commitment to confidentiality
