About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to join our team at QA Higher Education. As an Admissions Officer, you will play a critical role in implementing and coordinating the processing of student applications to our University partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and validate incoming applications, ensuring that applicants' academic records and/or professional experience meet the required standards.
  2. Maintain adherence to QA and partner Universities' guidelines and procedures, as well as UKVI regulations, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  3. Update the CRM system consistently, ensuring that information is detailed and accurate, and maintaining compliance with partner Universities' accrediting bodies and UKVI regulations.
  4. Utilize strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  5. Implement and review policy and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
