About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support our design teams in delivering projects across various sectors, including Highways, Rail Infrastructure, Ecology, and Environment, and Building sectors.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the effective delivery of technical outputs/services across a range of projects to programme, cost, and quality.

The successful candidate will have existing experience as a Project Manager and be looking to progress to the next level with greater autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage medium projects or several small projects with complex features.
  • Lead project delivery, including client relationship, commercial strategy, risk identification, and mitigation.
  • Hold a formal project management qualification or have equivalent experience.
  • Have a minimum of 8 years' experience within the professional project management role, with demonstrable experience managing complex multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Be able to edit, manage, interrogate, and approve programmes to WBS.
  • Have pre- and post-contract design/project management expertise over all project lifecycle stages.
  • Deliver robust stakeholder management processes.
  • Maintain accurate project records to contractual requirements.
