Working Hours: Full Time with 22 days of annual leave plus a special day off for your birthday.
Compensation: £25,000 base salary with potential earnings of £55,000 on target, along with a company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Pre-Owned Vehicle Acquisitions Specialist, your primary duties will include:
- Acquiring high-quality used vehicles at competitive prices to surpass profit targets and enhance return on investment.
- Managing inbound leads from marketing channels, focusing on scheduling customer appointments and facilitating vehicle purchases.
- Responding promptly to the vehicle procurement needs of the group’s dealerships and sales managers to secure necessary inventory for resale.
- Efficiently managing vehicle stock to ensure timely distribution to the respective dealerships within the group.
- Maintaining accurate and complete administrative records related to suppliers and dealerships, including all costs and expenses associated with purchased vehicles.
- Supporting Sales Managers in marketing initiatives by leveraging synergies and available stock.
- Building and sustaining strong relationships with manufacturers, rental and fleet customers, auction houses, and vehicle disposal agencies.
- Providing weekly reports on performance metrics, comparing actual results with targeted goals.
- Upholding and enhancing the reputation of the business in all interactions with customers and third parties.
About You:
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the automotive industry, particularly in market pricing and current vehicle legislation.
- Comprehensive understanding of the used car and commercial vehicle market, including model specifications and valuation.
- Proven ability to negotiate and purchase vehicles at advantageous prices.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with dealerships, customers, and external partners.
- A proactive self-starter capable of managing time effectively.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
- Motivated to achieve goals and targets through confidence, determination, and creativity, while adhering to the company's core values of positivity, support, and integrity.
- A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
