Fabric Maintenance Engineer

Integral UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks as per CAFM and management instructions.
  • Close and update completed PPM tasks on the site's CAFM system.
  • Ensure high standards of workmanship to maximize the effectiveness and reliability of the building and associated systems.
  • Assist specialist subcontractors as required for PPM and reactive works.
  • Adhere to company QA and site procedures in all aspects.
  • Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
  • Work at heights and in typical building environments, using provided access equipment and PPE.
  • Keep and maintain company-issued tools in a safe and serviceable manner.
  • Contribute to the continued success and support of the contract with a positive approach.
  • Comply with Integral's Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar maintenance role within a maintenance environment.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a time-served apprenticeship, C&G/NVQ, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of toolbox talks, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling and working at heights.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to use computers.
  • Good Health and Safety awareness and knowledge.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to solve problems and resolve unique situations with professionalism and service orientation.
