We are seeking a highly skilled Service Support Advisor to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our Service Support Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone and email
  • Manage an inbox and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Log calls and update clients on their repair status
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a patient and professional manner
  • Support Business Development Managers with administrative tasks as required
  • Produce customer quotations and parts orders
  • Track warehouse orders to coordinate delivery with technician schedules
  • Upload documents onto our CRM system and maintain accurate customer information
Requirements
  • Experience working in a busy customer-facing office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
