We are seeking a skilled Machinist Technician to join our busy and expanding Production team at Gotpeople, a successful and expanding Sub-Contract engineering company.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a wide range of industries, including Aerospace, Defence, Medical, Food, Scientific, and Motorsport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machine tools to produce high-quality components
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet production targets
• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Machinist or Machine Operator
• Strong understanding of machine tool operation and maintenance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
