We are seeking a talented and innovative Compensation and Benefits Data Analyst to join our growing team at Verisure Services (UK) Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in analyzing employee and candidate data to explain, predict, and optimize Human Resources processes.
Key Responsibilities- Support Business Decision-Making: Provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making across different departments.
- Generate Reports and Dashboards: Create monthly reports and dashboards using Workday and analysis and visualization tools to track HR metrics.
- Develop and Maintain Databases: Design and maintain databases to store and analyze HR data, leveraging relational databases and SQL coding.
- Collaborate with Suppliers: Work with suppliers to manage HR Analytics projects and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Analyze and Interpret Data: Analyze and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Communicate Insights: Develop and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Education: Degree in Business Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, or Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package, analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI), programming languages (Python, R), and relational databases.
- Experience: Previous experience in Business Intelligence Environment, working with HR data, and using data analysis and visualization tools.
- Personal Specification: Customer-oriented mindset, analytical and organized, desire to learn and collaborate, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
