About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at Restoration1ofbirmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience when booking their holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Use your excellent product knowledge to identify and meet customers' needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  3. Utilize social media platforms to promote offers, generate customer engagement, and drive sales leads.
  4. Participate in promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  5. Achieve individual and team sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  6. Assist with the day-to-day operation of the branch, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are equipped to provide the highest level of service to our customers.
Requirements
  1. At least 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant, with a proven sales record and excellent customer service skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  3. Good accuracy and numerical skills, with the ability to work with a high level of attention to detail.
  4. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude, with a commitment to contributing to the growth and success of the business.
  5. Competent IT skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
