General Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Practitioner to join our team at Brynmawr Medical Practice. As a key member of our close-knit team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

• Conduct thorough clinical examinations to assess, diagnose, and monitor patient conditions
• Deliver patient consultations at home and within the surgery, providing empathetic and personalized care
• Monitor patients' conditions and wellbeing, ensuring timely interventions and referrals as needed
• Perform home visits where necessary, demonstrating a commitment to patient-centered care
• Diagnose and treat various illnesses and ailments, utilizing your expertise and knowledge to provide effective solutions
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals, including midwives, pharmacists, health visitors, and psychiatrists, to ensure seamless care coordination
