The Senior Construction Project Manager
As the incoming Senior Construction Project Manager, you will take on the pivotal responsibility of managing high-profile construction projects, including the redevelopment of existing TV and Film studios and the creation of a new production village. You will lead collaborative efforts with clients, ensuring the delivery of world-class construction outcomes.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind complex projects, steering them to success while building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a strong track record in construction projects.
- Previous Project Management experience with a UK Construction Consultancy.
- Membership in a construction-related professional body (RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, etc.).
- A proactive approach, ready to handle a range of tasks from high-level management to practical, day-to-day activities.
- A construction-related, RICS-accredited degree qualification is highly desirable.
