Position Overview

As a Client Portfolio Associate at Evelyn Partners, you will collaborate closely with the Investment Management team to cultivate and enhance trusted relationships with our clients. Your role will encompass a variety of support functions aimed at the effective management of client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and fulfill client requirements
  • Assist in the management of client portfolios, including transactions, in accordance with your competency level
  • Prepare for client review meetings and provide necessary support
  • Conduct basic analytical tasks as needed
  • Support the creation of presentations, investment proposals, and pitches
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with Group policy
  • Aim for zero complaints, and where they arise, ensure timely escalation to the Client Resolution team and assist in achieving satisfactory outcomes

Investment Research – Sector Specialist (as applicable)

  • Collaborate within a team focused on direct equity or collective sector analysis to support the broader Investment Process
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the sector to provide informed recommendations based on diverse resources
  • Actively engage in regular team meetings, taking ownership of assigned tasks, and collaborating with other sector specialists
  • Develop materials as required by sector teams to aid in analysis and communication with Investment Managers

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Level 4 IAD qualification
  • Degree in a relevant discipline
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above
  • Experience in an investment management setting
  • Proficient in managing relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
