Project Types: Typical projects encompass educational facilities, both new constructions and renovations, healthcare projects, industrial and commercial developments, as well as retail and leisure facilities. The firm operates across various regions.
Role Responsibilities: This position involves joining a newly formed regional team to establish the estimating function. You will collaborate with preconstruction, bidding, design, and planning teams to ensure the highest quality of tender submissions.
Support Structure: There are existing frameworks, guidelines, and teams in other regional offices to assist in this unique opportunity to create an estimating model tailored to your vision.
Key Duties:
- Identifying potential clients and projects
- Conducting cost analysis
- Producing detailed bills of quantities
- Liaising with architects and engineers
- Managing tender inquiries
- Engaging with the existing supply chain and evaluating new contractors
