Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design delivery of civil and structural projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within budget.

  • Report on project performance and assist in tender preparation.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and standards, ensuring that our designs are always at the forefront of innovation.
About You
  • You will have a degree in a relevant field and be chartered with a professional engineering institution.
  • You will have detailed technical knowledge and experience of civil and structural design methods and standards.
  • You will have experience leading on projects and coordinating within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • You will be willing and able to obtain security clearance.
  • You will have a full UK driver's license.
