ROLE OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acting as the primary escalation point for defective units.
  • Conducting thorough investigations and root cause analyses.

  • Overseeing engineering modifications and updating repair documentation.
  • Delivering technical assistance for new product launches.
  • Identifying alternative materials for outdated components.
  • Driving continuous process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • HND level education or equivalent in an electronic engineering field or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in electronic fault diagnosis to the component level.
  • Capability to read and interpret technical schematics.
  • Experience in a highly regulated engineering setting, preferably in aerospace.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
