**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at recruitment22. As a key member of our advice process, you will support our Advisers and clients by assisting with client on-boarding, file maintenance, client communication, report preparation, financial plan development, scheduling, administrative tasks, compliance, and staying updated on industry regulations and company policies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist Advisers with client on-boarding and file maintenance
  • Communicate with clients on a daily basis over the phone
  • Prepare reports and financial plans
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and company policies

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience supporting Independent Financial Advisers in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, with the option to work 30 hours per week
