Join Our Team as a Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and social activities. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to ensure their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Engage in social activities with clients, such as conversation, reading, and entertainment
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a compassionate and empathetic approach to care. You will also need to be flexible and able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
