HR Coordinator

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for an HR Coordinator to become a vital part of a vibrant team in a dynamic workplace. This position plays a crucial role in upholding the organization's dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment. The HR Coordinator will oversee various human resources functions, ensuring adherence to employment regulations and contributing to the organization's goal of empowering its workforce.


Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the complete recruitment cycle, from job postings to interviews, onboarding, and exit interviews.
  • Ensuring all HR practices align with employment legislation.
  • Organizing and maintaining both physical and electronic employee records, including tracking leave, absences, and other HR metrics.
  • Assisting in the implementation of HR training sessions and workshops.
  • Documenting minutes during significant meetings, including investigations, disciplinary actions, appeals, and general staff gatherings.
  • Preparing essential HR documentation, such as offer letters, meeting notices, and outcome communications.
  • Boosting employee engagement by supporting internal communication initiatives like team influences, quarterly focuses, roundtable discussions, and town hall meetings.
  • Serving as the initial point of contact for visitors, candidates, and new employees, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Managing logistical arrangements, including catering for meetings and organizing travel plans, such as hotel bookings, transportation, and meals for the team.


Required Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 3 certification is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in a responsible HR position within a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Ability to solve problems and challenge existing norms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capability to manage conflicts and develop effective resolution strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Working Conditions, Compensation & Benefits

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Salary: £28,000 per annum.
