At Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited, we're looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as washing, dressing, and eating
- Support residents with mobility and transfer needs
- Develop strong relationships with residents and their families
- Contribute to the development of resident care plans
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a positive and respectful care environment
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.50
- Shift times: 07:45-20:00, with alternate weekends
- Full-time day shifts available
- Up to 30 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays
