Job Title: Human Resources Trainee

This position, under the guidance of the Head of Resourcing, encompasses a wide array of duties including talent acquisition, employee development, and HR administrative functions. It presents a remarkable opportunity for those embarking on their HR journey, allowing you to grasp essential principles and engage in diverse HR activities.

We prioritize collaboration, effectiveness, and a constructive work atmosphere. In our dynamic environment, you will find our team to be supportive and always willing to lend a hand when necessary.

The chosen candidate will engage in the Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship, which lasts approximately 13 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Assist in various recruitment processes from attracting candidates to managing communications
    • Support initiatives aimed at early career recruitment
    • Maintain the applicant tracking system for efficient candidate management
  • Employee Development
    • Oversee regular online training sessions for all staff
    • Facilitate employee access to online learning resources
    • Coordinate training events and activities
  • HR Administration
    • Provide administrative assistance for reference checks, employment-related documentation, and more
    • Manage Purchase Orders and invoice processing
    • Support various HR projects and initiatives as required
Key Requirements
  • No previous HR experience is necessary, but a sincere interest in the field is essential
  • Customer service-focused with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and work collaboratively
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Support for sustainability initiatives
