Store Manager at Specsavers

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Specsavers. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of opticians and retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of opticians and retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, customer service, and staff development
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
  • Monitor and control store expenses to achieve budget targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail or optical management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
