In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Director and collaborate with Home Managers and Area Directors to ensure the highest health and care standards for Residents in your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the HC-One vision of being the most compassionate care provider and leading care home in every locality.
  • Provide direct support to Home Managers to enhance the health and care experience for Residents.
  • Partner with Home Managers to mentor and develop Deputy Home Managers, ensuring top-tier care and quality of life for Residents.
  • Systematically collaborate with Home Managers, Deputy Home Managers, and SSQIs to formulate and execute action plans for all internal and external assessments.
  • Promote and assist in the implementation of Cornerstone, fostering positive relationships with commissioners and external professionals while delivering clinical quality training throughout your area.
