Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring raw and auxiliary materials in accordance with the production plan and corporate procedures.

Main Responsibilities

  • Procure raw and auxiliary materials, taking into account production plan, stock levels, and warehouse balance.
  • Pursue service level targets assigned to the plant.
  • Manage relationships with raw materials suppliers for deliveries and product types.
  • Discuss production plan feasibility with PM/CNV Planner in relation to raw materials availability.
  • Collaborate with Purchase Office to inform about problems detected with suppliers.
  • Coordinate inventory activity of relevant products.
  • Guarantee correct management of relevant processes in accordance with group policies and procedures.
  • Promote a safety-bound corporate culture.
  • Apply Corporate Principles and Values.

Requirements

  • Engineering or economics degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with SAP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize and problem solve.
