Job Title: Supply Chain Replenishment Buyer

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Replenishment Buyer to join our team at Marlowe Fire & Security. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process from order to delivery, working closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage supplier Purchase Orders for Engineer & Sales / National Accounts for required products and parts in our internal procurement system, Cash4Windows (C4W)
  • Develop and implement daily order requirements for delivery direct to customers and/or outside storage locations in C4W
  • Resolve and respond to supplier price and product queries, including ETAs
  • Liaise directly with internal colleagues to ensure any queries are resolved in a timely manner
  • Support inventory management across Min/Max levels set against all engineers for Van Stocks
  • Ensure daily and weekly KPI targets are consistently met or exceeded
  • Process orders via GMAIL account daily
  • Order daily E-Bay and Marlowe Shop orders as per current process
  • Stocked lines to be picked and dispatched with Tracking details updated on site
  • Liaise with suppliers on customer queries and resolve with the end-user in a timely manner
  • Process orders via Marlowe internal Portal
  • Liaise with Engineers ordering directly with suppliers, ensuring all goods are received into Van Stocks and then booked out against JOBS where applicable
  • Liaise with suppliers on a day-to-day basis to ensure deliveries are completed and required invoices are submitted
  • Ensure daily and weekly KPI targets are consistently met or exceeded
Requirements:
  • Experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work independently with a desire to learn
  • Good IT skills, including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible
  • Good team player with a respectful attitude towards colleagues, customers, and management
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
