Job Summary:

Berry Recruitment is seeking a reliable and skilled 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our team in Plymouth. As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to customers' homes and installing them, with training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver white goods with a driver's mate to customers' homes
  • Work independently to ensure delivery times are met
  • Safety check the vehicle
  • Deliver to customers' homes to their room of choice
  • Load and unload the vehicle
  • Hold a basic DBS, which we can support with

Working Hours and Days:

  • Any 5 from 7 days, including weekends
  • 7.30 am starts, with finish times varying depending on deliveries

Rate of Pay:

  • £14.50 per hour
  • £17.81 per hour dependent on circumstances

Ideal Candidate:

  • Hold a full UK driving licence permitting 7.5 tonnes
  • Hold a CPC and Taco
  • Have no more than 6 points on their licence
  • Experience is preferred but not essential
  • Have the right attitude for the job
