Job Description

Computer Futures is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in the Utilities Data Technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources required.
  • Ownership of the full project/delivery lifecycle, from the bidding process to customer delivery.
  • Formulate and deliver a clear purpose for the delivery team based on the product strategy and/or client needs.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout each stage of the process.
  • Identify potential risks or issues early on and take proactive measures to mitigate them.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience working as a Project Manager.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of running and delivering large/complex projects within a software or engineering related environment.
  • Scada Experience preferable.
  • Ability to analyse and understand complex business processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
  • Bonus if you have Utilities or Water company experience.

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Holds a formal project management qualification, i.e. PRINCE2, AgilePM Foundation/Practitioner.
  • Knowledge of agile values, principles, practices, and theory is advantageous.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary offered by our client for this role starts at £65k per annum depending upon level of expertise brought into play. Other benefits included flexible hours schedule options along with other perks like health insurance coverage.
