Job Title: Executive Director of Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our Contract Catering business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of key financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy to increase revenue and market share.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and loyalty.
  • Oversee the development of financially sound bids and proposals to secure new contracts.
  • Implement operational improvements to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage labour costs and review trends to adjust consumable budgets accordingly.
  • Lead a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve business objectives.

  • Proven track record in strong leadership and change management.
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering key financial targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
