As a Data Quality Analyst, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data across all systems. You'll be responsible for identifying gaps in our data practices, analyzing datasets for completeness and accuracy, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions that improve data quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough examinations and testing of datasets to verify their integrity, accuracy, and overall quality.
  • Assisting in the remediation of data quality issues within our Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Overseeing system design and its impact on data performance and quality.
  • Creating comprehensive data analysis reports to inform decision-makers and senior leadership.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Collaborating closely with data owners and stewards to identify data quality challenges and develop effective remediation strategies.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of our data, its users, and the broader impact of data changes from various perspectives.
  • Maintaining accurate data records and documenting established quality controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Providing support for wider Data Governance initiatives on an as-needed basis.

  • Takes ownership of their work, prioritizes effectively, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Previous experience with Power BI and SQL would be beneficial but is not required.
