• Provide excellent customer service to customers purchasing timber products
• Assist with picking outgoing timber deliveries and maintaining a safe and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with a small team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, including adhering to company policies and procedures
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions, including making out tickets and handling security procedures
• Demonstrate a team player attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new products and procedures
