Job Overview

ROLE:
Trade Branch Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and manage a team of trade professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.


HOURS AND SALARY:
  • 44 hours per week - Permanent Role
  • Up to £40,000 basic salary, 10% Zone Allowance, bonus earning potential of up to £10,000 annually, and a New Branch Opening Bonus
