Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating production workflow, managing MRP messages, and planning operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate production workflow for multiple products and assets.
  2. Manage MRP messages in line with the SAP MRP System.
  3. Plan and prioritise operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
  4. Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
  5. Assign workers and other staff to production operations.
  6. Schedule shifts according to production needs.
  7. Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within labour KPI.
  8. Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
  9. Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives).
  10. Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
  11. Help with reallocations of customer returns/cancelled orders.
  12. Manage/Review safety stock levels.
  13. Manage lead time requests from Sales Channels.
Requirements:
  1. Good communication skills.
  2. Computer Literate.
  3. SAP experience.
