About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Centre Manager to join our dynamic team at a reputable provider of serviced offices in Bellshill. As a customer-facing professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our business centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the business centre, ensuring that all clients receive a high level of service.
  • Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service, leading to exemplary retention rates.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the business centre, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and meet the required standards.
  • Manage the centre's profit and loss, ensuring that financial targets are met.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • A background in a customer-facing, service-driven position, preferably in a business centre or serviced office environment.
  • Management/supervisory experience within property, facilities, hospitality, or retail industries would be a good fit.
  • An understanding of how to identify business growth opportunities and maximise profits.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
