Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a business partner in a high-growth entrepreneurial setting focused on shareholder value creation.
- Strong numerical and written communication skills, preferably with a CCAB qualification.

- Self-motivated and resilient, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage proactively with portfolio companies, from emerging growth businesses to established SMEs, to enhance shareholder value.
- Participate in board meetings of investee companies, providing strategic insights and constructive feedback. Prepare comprehensive investment committee documentation for funding assessments and performance reviews.
- Focus on maximizing investment value while minimizing potential losses. Offer hands-on support to portfolio companies, which may include restructuring, M&A guidance, and strategic initiatives leading to successful exits.
