- Technical Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of physical and security systems.
- Budget Management: Oversee budgets, achieve operational objectives, and implement change initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Innovation: Exhibit creativity and enthusiasm in developing and delivering commercial value aligned with client expectations.
- Driving Requirements: Hold a valid driving license and be prepared for travel as necessary.
- On-Call Duties: Availability for on-call responsibilities and potential overnight stays.
- Pressure Management: Maintain a positive attitude while working effectively under pressure.
- Performance Metrics: Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) using the central CAFM system.
- Client Relations: Anticipate client needs and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Change Control: Manage all commercial change control processes.
- IT Proficiency: Be proficient in IT systems.
- Qualifications: Hold IOSH/NEBOSH certification and be trained by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS). SIA licensing is also required.
MBIFM training is preferred.
