About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Havering. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal care and support to customers in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to customers
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
