About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade in a luxury hotel. As a key member of the team, you will support the senior chefs in maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the senior chefs in ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and service
  • Deputise for the Sous Chef and run a section as needed
  • Support more junior team members in their development
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
  • Meet the high standards demanded from a luxury establishment
Requirements
  • Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen, ideally at a similar style property at CDP level
  • Confidence to deputise for the Sous Chef and run a section
  • High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation
  • Thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
  • Willingness to meet the high standards demanded from a luxury establishment
  • Reliable means of transport to the area
