About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ResourceBank Recruitment. As a Volvo Construction Machinery Technician, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of Volvo heavy mobile plant machines within our workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical faults on Volvo construction equipment
  • Install software updates
  • Accurately complete paperwork
  • Order parts as required
  • Ensure health and safety compliance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance, Land Based Engineering, or HGV mechanics
  • Previous mechanical experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy construction plant machinery
  • Proven technical competence on diesel engines, transmissions, drive lines, hydraulics, and electronics
  • Welding and fabrication experience would be an advantage
