Mortgage Adviser Job Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading name in the industry, who continuously grows and develops their team. As a Mortgage Adviser, you will be working in a branch-based role, with a focus on providing mortgage and protection advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients, using your knowledge and expertise to identify their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Work closely with the in-branch Estate Agency team to maximise business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Use bespoke digital marketing materials to promote your services and attract new clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and progress your career.
Requirements:
  • You should be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent, and have experience of providing mortgage and protection advice.
  • You should be comfortable communicating with clients through email, phone, face-to-face, and video.
Benefits:
  • Salary of £22,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
  • With OTE of £40,000 - £60,000+ (uncapped commission scheme).
  • Guaranteed monthly payments for up to 6 months, whilst you build your pipeline.
  • Company car or £250pm car allowance.

  • Branch based role with working hours of Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 6pm and alternate Saturdays, 9am - 5pm (day off in lieu when working a Saturday).
